Eurocash Group is a leading wholesale distributor of FMCG products in Poland, operating as an organizer of franchises and partnership systems, supporting local stores. The company is a loyal business partner, enabling efficient management and adaptation to market changes.

In creating the corporate website, we collaborated with various departments of the Eurocash Group, such as communication, PR, GDPR, and our own teams: UI design, UX, and development. The combined effort of several individuals resulted in harmonious work towards long-term cooperation.

The project included not only the creation process but also post-launch support, including a ticketing process that allows for quick response to changes and needs. We implemented a migration map covering over 8000 URLs, creating an extensive website that meets the expectations of the Eurocash Group and delivers value to users. Thanks to the collaboration of all teams, we achieved an impressive result.

We had the pleasure of collaborating with ROCKWOOL, a mineral wool manufacturer, on their website redesign project. Our primary goal was to create a Content Hub that would serve as a central point for their marketing campaigns. We focused on developing a pathway that would guide customers from initial interest through to calculating the cost of home modernization, and ultimately to leaving their contact details and receiving information from a local distributor, thereby generating leads.

As part of this project, we conducted a UX audit, primarily focusing on the cost calculator. Our analysis led to a proposal for its redesign, which we then successfully implemented. In redesigning ROCKWOOL's website, we utilized existing content and enriched it with new information to enhance communication with clients. At Goodc, we were responsible for the design and appearance of the hub, giving it a modern and functional aesthetic. Our aim was not only to improve ROCKWOOL's online image but also to increase their effectiveness in acquiring potential customers.

Digital Ocean Ventures is a venture builder focused on fintech and e-commerce. We helped DOV create testing for a task management platform tailored especially for B2B companies. We understood the importance of minimizing project risk while reducing costs, so we decided to create the MVP (Minimum Viable Product). We handled every aspect of the project, from frontend and backend development to IT architecture, DevOps, testing, and project management. Thanks to it DOV was able to minimize risk and increase the financial efficiency of the project.
